Notice of the Annual General Meeting

This email is to provide notice and invite you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Sapphire Coast Hockey Club. The meeting details are as follows:

• Date: Tuesday 15th March

• Time: 7.00pm

• Location: Online Here 

• In order to provide greater opportunity for members to partcipate, we will be delivering this year's AGM through a online video platform.

In preparation for the upcoming season, the following special resolutions will be proposed at this annual general meeting for member voting.

1. To adopt the Sapphire Coast Hockey Club draft constitution as the club's constitution (attached)

2. To proceed with Sapphire Coast Hockey Club applying to the NSW Office of Fair Trading to become an incorporated association.
