Players must attend the tryouts to be eligible for team selection.

A player Rep Levy of $30 is payable to Sapphire Coast Hockey Club - this is a one off payment for the season and will cover multiple representative commitments. 

If there are insufficient players for FSCHA to send a team and you still wish to play at a State Championships you can be placed on a PICKUP roster with NSW Hockey and any associations requiring players will have access to your details and can contact you directly in regards to playing for them.  FSCHA will be required to sign a release form for you to do this.
